If you're an early career CSM and struggling to know how to structure your QBRs, then my framework is for you.
I have never believed in having one static QBR template. There are just too many variables to make that work successfully. However, having a reusable process that reduces the time and effort involved in producing QBRs is preferable.
In response to that, I came to learn that my most successful QBRs contained two core components and a handful of other optional pieces of content that I would add or remove depending on the situation.
This presentation deck reflects that very framework that I have used for many years.
What you'll get:
- PPTX slides that you can edit to suit your specific requirements
- Additional slides that add commentary and context
The file is provided in pptx format. The deck was built in Google Slides, and certain elements (i.e fonts) may not be compatible with all presentation software.
